16 International Students from 14 Countries at the Turkish Summer School Program at MAKÜ TÖMER....

According to the protocol signed between Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University and the Yunus Emre Institute, 16 international students from 14 different countries studied at TÖMER as part of the Turkish Summer School program from July 7 to 25, 2025. Students who attended Turkish language classes in the mornings participated in activities planned to get to know Turkish culture, history, people, and way of life during their free time.  The closing program of the Turkish Summer School, conducted by TÖMER Director and program coordinator Dr. Faculty Member Emine GÜLER, was held in Istanbul with students from universities across the country. Afterwards, the students who were sent off as volunteer cultural ambassadors began to build unbreakable ties between Turkey  and their countries.
